- 300 Gram Chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoon
- Ginger Paste 1 Tablespoon
- 1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 Cup Oats
- 3/4 Cup Refined flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Dried Mixed Herbs (italian herb)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Put the chicken breast on a flat surface. wrap the chicken with a cling wrap and beat it with hammer in a meat mallet until you get equal thickness. Cut the chicken into Two inch line (make sure you cut it horizontally.) Take a mixing bowl and place the chicken strips into it.
Mix salt, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste together. Rub this onto the chicken. Marinate the chicken pieces for 15 to 20 minutes. Take Oats in a food processor and process it for 20 seconds.Add salt, flour, pepper, garlic and herbs.Pulse it and make it a coarse powder and spread out as an even layer on the plate.
To Cook the chicken tenders, heat a pan and brush it with oil. Take chicken strips and dredge it oat and place it on a hot pan. Cook the chicken until it turns to Golden Brown for three to five minutes. After it is cooked for 1 side then flip it and cook the outer side and serve it
